Covid-19 Updates

As a small business owner, I will do everything I can to work with you on an unforeseen life circumstance.  Please understand however, that your appointment time has been reserved for YOU.  A missed or late canceled appointment denies someone on the cancellation list an opportunity to get in.

 

All appointments will require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel.  Failure to show or any cancellations with less than the designated 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

 

Cancellations must be made with Wendy directly by calling or texting at 207.400.7674.  Mint Salon Block may not cancel your appointments.

Safety and infection control is of the utmost importance for Wendy Bowden Brows & Skincare as we all continue to navigate through these changing times.  Wendy will continue to wear all appropriate PPE for all services.  Anyone exhibiting signs of not feeling well are asked to cancel/reschedule appointments.  

If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19 or someone who has cold/flu like symptoms, out of respect for my clients, my colleagues and myself, please cancel your appointment.

Wendy reserves the right to cancel an appointment should someone show up and show physical signs of cold like symptoms.  The cancellation policy will apply.

Please refer to the below protocols for your appointment:

 

  • FULLY vaccinated clients are not required to wear a mask upon entry into the building or Wendy's treatment room.  

  • Hands must be sanitized prior to entering the treatment room. 

  • Long hair should be tied back.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled if you are exhibiting signs of Covid-19 or you simply do not feel well.
